What is your current job title and what are the tasks behind it?
As an analyst at h + p, I design analyses for retail clients. Based on statistically valid data, I work out core statements and point out market potentials. Due to the intensive exchange and the direct proximity to our clients, ad hoc analyses are also an essential part of my tasks. I also look after our analysis portals. In order to be able to offer our clients the greatest possible benefit from this, it is an integral part of my role as an analyst to attend training sessions and present results.

How long have you been working at h + p and why did you join us?
I have now been working at hachmeister + partner since 2022. The decisive factor for my decision was the combination of two factors: On the one hand, it was essential for me to develop professionally at a high level and in a dynamic and numerical environment. On the other hand, I wanted to combine the dynamics that come with consulting with a friendly and familiar working relationship. Due to the corporate philosophy that is lived at hachmeister + partner, I already got a feeling for what "working like with friends" feels like during the job interview. Accordingly, the decision to benefit from a highly qualified and harmonious working environment at h + p was obvious to me.

What particularly distinguishes h + p as an employer for you?
True to the motto "Working like friends", the collegial interaction at hachmeister + partner is particularly outstanding. Due to short decision-making processes and close contact with the partners, the appreciation you receive for your efforts is particularly high.

Dynamics, development, friendship.

Is there a special moment in your time at h + p?
I would like to highlight the annual summer meeting, which took place most recently in Austria. Thanks to the summer meeting, after only five weeks I had the opportunity to get to know all my colleagues in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Through various activities, such as hiking tours and rafting, the team spirit was strengthened early on during my onboarding.
